Creamy Burrata Cheese topped with chopped grilled peaches and honey is a delicious and effortless appetizer.  Serve with crostata, flatbreads or your favorite crackers.  Celebrate summer with this tasty appetizer that is so easy to prepare.  It pairs lovely with Prosecco. 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Burrata (4 ounces) cut in half
  • 1 Grilled Peach, chopped with collected juices
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • A pinch of Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Basil or Sage, chiffonade

Instructions

  1. Place Burrata cut sides in serving dish.
  2. Arrange chopped peaches and any collected juices around and over the burrata.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  4. Drizzle with a teaspoon of honey.
  5. Garnish with chiffonade of basil or sage.
  6. Serve with your favorite cracker, flatbread or crostata.
