Ingredients

1 3/4cups Almond Milk
1/4cup Water
1cup Quinoa
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan and bring to a low boil over medium-low heat.
Once the liquid comes up to a low boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover.
Cook for 13-15 minutes. All of the liquid should be absorbed into the quinoa. If there is a little liquid left in the pan. Continue to cook uncovered for another 2-3 minutes until all of the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and fluff quinoa with a fork. Set aside until ready to use or refrigerate for up to a week.
