Peaches dressed and grilled make wonderful sugar-free toppings on ice cream, oatmeal, appetizers and quinoa bowls.

2 Peaches, halved and pitted
2 drops of olive per peach halve
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Instructions
Pre-heat Grill, to medium-high heat.
Place 1-2 drops of olive oil on each peach halve and rub two halves together.
Sprinkle lightly with a pinch of kosher salt.
Place peach on grill cut-side down.
Grill for 3-4 minutes.
Rotate 90 degrees, still cut side down and continue cooking for about 4 additional minutes. You will find it is easier to rotate the peaches using a metal spatula. A metal fish turner will work well for this, if you have one.
Remove from grill and place on a dish to cool before serving.
Store cooled peaches for later use in air-tight container in the refrigerator for three-four days. Because the peaches do not have any added sugar, the shelf-life will be considerably short.
