A healthy and tasty alternative to the classic Tuna Salad with a Creamy Greek Dressing.

Ingredients

Units Scale

This recipe will make one serving or one stuffed tomato.

Double or multiply ingredients by the number of servings needed.

  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bulgar
  • 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped artichoke hearts (optional)
  • 3 ounce Canned Tuna, drained
  • 1 Tablespoon Creamy Greek Dressing
  • Chopped Italian flat leaf parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine together all of the ingredients for salad together in a bowl.
  2. Prepare a salad plate with mixed greens and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Serve tuna salad on top of salad plate, garnish with chopped Italian parsley OR
  4. Stuff tuna salad into a washed and cored tomato.
